Introducing Stripe Subscription Schedules
We’ve upgraded our subscription management system to use Stripe’s native Subscription Schedules, making plan downgrades simpler, safer, and fully automated.
When you downgrade your plan, the change is scheduled automatically and applied at the end of your current billing cycle. Your existing plan continues as usual until the cycle ends, and the new plan starts at the correct time without any manual steps.
This update improves reliability and consistency across subscription states. By relying on Stripe’s built-in scheduling, plan transitions are handled more predictably and with fewer edge cases, reducing the risk of billing issues.
